A rare case of Sirenomelia in a 28-week-old fetus is described. In addition to the characteritic fusion of the lower limbs, there were also severe malformations of the urogenital system and lower interstinal tract. We experienced a case of
Sirenomelia
and presented with brief review of literatures.
